Put competing job offers on the same household calendar. Enter the net pay you know or the tax assumptions you want to test, then add the costs that change because of the job: commuting, childcare, required equipment and relocation.

See guaranteed cash separately from conditional bonuses and unsold equity. Compare effective hourly earnings using work and travel time. Check whether a signing bonus arrives before moving expenses and what a repayment clause could require if you leave early.

The result explains the difference instead of selecting a job for you. It does not calculate every country's payroll rules or promise future share prices. Unknown tax and benefit values remain visible.

What you get

  • Salary-to-cash bridge: gross, entered tax, other deductions and net kept apart for every payment.
  • Work-cost comparison: commuting, childcare, equipment, fees and relocation — reimbursements counted once.
  • Time-adjusted earnings: worked, overtime and commute hours turn net cash into an effective hourly figure.
  • Relocation cash calendar: the lowest balance, the first 90 days and the gap to your reserve, day by day.
  • Bonus and clawback scenarios: guaranteed only, target or your own amounts; pro-rata or cliff repayment tests.
  • Reports: gross-to-net bridge, costs and time, dated cash, conditions — print, CSV and full backups.

How it works

  1. Add offers. Your current job and the offers you are considering, each with its own workdays, leave, overtime and commute.
  2. Enter known pay and tax. Gross with the tax amount or rate you want to test, or the net amount you know. Conditional bonuses and equity stay apart from guaranteed pay.
  3. Add costs and time. Costs caused by each job, common household flows, benefits that pay a household bill and any repayment clause.
  4. Review cash and conditions. Compare net employment cash, hours, the lowest cash point and every condition against your base offer — then print or export.

Limits

Uses the tax amounts and rates you enter. It does not calculate any country's payroll tax or benefits, does not forecast share prices and does not choose a job for you. Decision support for your own household, not tax, legal or employment advice.

Questions

Is a larger salary always better?

No. Compare the additional costs and hours: in the fictional demo, a $66,000 offer leaves $1,200 less net employment cash than a $60,000 offer after the entered tax and work costs.

Does the tool calculate my local tax?

No. It uses the tax amounts or rates you enter, or the net pay you already know. Unknown tax keeps the net amount unknown instead of assuming zero.

Is unsold equity treated as cash?

No. Vested units before a sale are shown as illiquid value at the price you assume. They never pay bills in the cash calendar.

Can I compare remote and office work?

Yes. Each offer has its own workdays, onsite days, commute trips and minutes, overtime and work costs, so a remote, hybrid and office job can be compared on the same period.

Does this use AI?

No. Calculations follow the rules and assumptions shown in the tool. The help panel explains the inputs, formulas and limitations.

What is included in a one-time purchase?

The full online tool, the self-contained offline package, a guide, templates and your own reports and backups, under the licence shown at checkout.

Is it included in PRO?

Active PRO Week, Month and Year subscribers can use the full online tool. The offline program for this new tool is included only with a one-time purchase. Your own reports and data backups are not offline-program downloads.

What happens if PRO ends?

You can still view and back up your existing local records. Creating or editing calculations requires renewed PRO or a one-time purchase. A separate one-time purchase remains valid independently of PRO.

Where are my records stored?

The calculation workspace stores records in your browser on this device. Save regular backups. Clearing browser storage can remove local records. Account and purchase records are handled separately by the website.

Can I use another language or currency?

The interface supports English, Spanish, German, French, Portuguese, Italian, Dutch and Russian. Choose your calculation currency separately from the language. Currency conversion uses the rates or assumptions you enter.

Does the demo accept my data?

No. The demo uses fictional examples and lets you inspect the workflow and sample reports. Your own inputs and imports are available in the full version.

Does this replace a professional adviser?

No. It explains calculations under your inputs. Use appropriate professional advice for legal, tax, employment, investment, credit and safety decisions.

Personal-use license for one household. No resale or redistribution. Opens in your browser right after payment, on phone and computer. Your figures stay on your device. No physical item.
