Right after payment you're returned to your order page with download buttons. The same link is saved for you — bookmark it or use 'Find my order' with your email. Files come as a ZIP; on iPhone/iPad tap it in the Files app to unzip.

Yes. Every spreadsheet is built only with functions Google Sheets supports (no macros, no XLOOKUP). Upload the .xlsx to Google Drive, open it with Google Sheets and choose File → Save as Google Sheets. A one-page guide is included.

Yes. At checkout you can pay by debit or credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay — no account needed. Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover are accepted in most countries. Your card details never touch our servers.

Files are delivered the moment you pay. Any purchase is refunded if you ask within 14 days of payment. Files that will not open, and anything that does not match its description, are refunded in full at any time, with no time limit. The full rules are on the Refund policy page.

Every printable includes both US Letter and A4 files (plus a colour and an ink-saver version of each).

The downloads are not: one payment, yours forever, with free updates. Business Decision X-Ray is a web app from $40 a month, with an open demo of every section first; cancel any time. Crisis Optimizer is a web app at $20 a month; your first full run is free. Tidy Cents PRO, which brings everything together, is an optional weekly, monthly or yearly subscription.
