How do I get my files?
Right after payment you're returned to your order page with download buttons. The same link is saved for you — bookmark it or use 'Find my order' with your PayPal email. Files come as a ZIP; on iPhone/iPad tap it in the Files app to unzip.
Do the spreadsheets work in Google Sheets?
Yes. Every spreadsheet is built only with functions Google Sheets supports (no macros, no XLOOKUP). Upload the .xlsx to Google Drive, open it with Google Sheets and choose File → Save as Google Sheets. A one-page guide is included.
Can I pay with a card without a PayPal account?
Yes. On PayPal's page choose 'Pay with Debit or Credit Card' — Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover are accepted in most countries. Your card details never touch our servers.
What's your refund policy?
Digital files can't be returned, so we offer a 14-day happiness guarantee instead: set the product up, use it for a week, and if it isn't right for you, message us with a screenshot and we'll refund you in full. Duplicate purchases and files that won't open are always refunded.
Can I print on A4?
Every printable includes both US Letter and A4 files (plus a colour and an ink-saver version of each).
Is this a subscription?
