Does it only work for Christmas?
No. Most of the pages never mention Christmas: the budget by category, the sinking fund, the gift list, the card list, the shopping and order trackers, the menu planner, the travel budget and the review are all holiday-neutral. People use them for Hanukkah, Diwali, Eid, Thanksgiving, Yule, a birthday season or a wedding. Only the advent calendar and a few page titles are Christmas-specific — the rest is simply a well-built gift and hosting planner.
Is A4 included?
Yes. You get four files: US Letter and A4, each in full colour and an Ink Saver grey edition. Use US Letter in the US and Canada and A4 everywhere else, and print at 100% / "Actual size" rather than "Fit to page".
Is it dated? Can I use it again next year?
It is completely undated. Every calendar is blank, every year field is a line you fill in, and no page is tied to a particular date — so you print it again every year for as long as you like. The advent boxes are numbered 1 to 24, which is true in any year.
Are the savings amounts real?
Yes — every figure on the sinking-fund page is calculated, not rounded off a guess. $1,000 by 1 December works out at $59 a week from 1 August (17 weeks), $77 from 1 September (13 weeks) or $125 from 1 October (8 weeks), and the monthly columns are worked out the same way. Amounts are rounded up to the next whole dollar so you always finish on or above the goal, and there is a formula for starting on any other date.
Is this a physical planner?
No — it is an instant digital download (PDF). Nothing is shipped. Print the pages at home or at a print shop and put them in a binder or on the fridge, or import the PDF into GoodNotes, Notability or any PDF app and fill it in on a tablet.
How many people can I plan gifts for?
Sixty, across three gift-list pages of twenty. Print that page again if you need more — plus fourteen places on the Secret Santa page, forty names on the card list and four stockings.
