Who we are

Tidy Cents is an independent digital-products store selling budget spreadsheets, printable planners and workbooks as instant downloads. Contact: /support.

What you are buying

Digital files (PDF, XLSX and PDF guides) delivered as a ZIP download. Nothing physical is shipped. Prices are in US dollars. Where sales tax or VAT applies it is shown at checkout.

Payment

Payments are processed by PayPal. You can pay with a PayPal balance or with a debit or credit card as a guest, where PayPal offers that option in your country. We never see or store your card details. Your order is fulfilled once PayPal confirms the payment; occasionally PayPal marks a payment "pending" (for example an eCheck), in which case your files unlock automatically when it clears.

Delivery

Download links appear on your order page immediately after payment and stay valid. You can return to that page at any time, including for free updates to the products you bought. If you lose the link, use "Find my order" with your PayPal email address, or write to us.

License

Files are licensed, not sold — see the License page. Personal use by one person or household; no resale or redistribution.

Refunds

See the Refund Policy, including the 14-day happiness guarantee. By completing checkout you agree to immediate delivery of digital content.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to this site, and do not use automated means to scrape or bulk-download products.

What we do not promise

The products are tools, not advice. Our spreadsheets and planners are for personal organisation and do not constitute financial, legal, tax, medical or psychological advice. Our workbooks that touch on mental health are educational and are not therapy or a substitute for professional care. Always consult a qualified professional for your own circumstances.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
