Refund Policy

Digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, so instead of a "no refunds" wall we offer a guarantee that a real person honours.

14-day happiness guarantee

Set the product up, use it for at least a week, and if it genuinely isn't right for you, email the contact form at /support within 14 days of purchase with your order number and a screenshot of your setup. We will refund you in full. No arguments, no forms.

We always refund, no questions asked

• Duplicate purchases (you bought the same product twice, or bought a product already inside a bundle you own).
• Files that will not download or will not open after we have tried to help.
• A product that does not match its description on this site.

What we cannot refund

• A change of mind after you have downloaded the files and used them for more than 14 days.
• "I bought the wrong product" after 14 days — but write to us anyway; we will usually swap it for the right one instead.

How to request a refund

Write to us through the contact form at /support with the subject "Refund" and your order number (it looks like TC-XXXX-XXXX). We answer within 24 hours and process refunds through PayPal within 2 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method; PayPal usually shows them within 3–5 business days.

EU / UK consumers

By completing checkout you consent to the immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal ends once the download begins. Our 14-day happiness guarantee above applies regardless, so you are never worse off.

When a license ends

A refunded purchase revokes the license to use the files, and any downloaded copies should be deleted.
