Can I move to another device?

Does it replace my accountant, bank or payment provider?
No. It organises the specific process described on this page and exports records for your existing workflow.
What happens if I make a mistake?
Drafts can be edited. Completed operational records use corrections so the original and revised values remain visible.
Does it send emails or messages for me?
No. It fills one of three editable templates and opens a draft in your own email program (or copies the text). You review and send it yourself.
What is “contribution”?
Revenue minus the direct costs you enter for the job. It is not net profit: overheads, tax and your own time are not included.
Can I import my existing contacts and leads?
Yes, from CSV (UTF-8) or XLSX. Import contacts first, then leads; you see new, duplicate and invalid rows before anything is saved, and importing the same file again adds nothing.
