Allocate suitable batches by expiry, respect customer shelf-life requirements and compare markdown, supplier return and disposal scenarios. When a batch is blocked, follow recorded links to remaining stock, produced batches and customer shipments.
Every batch keeps its own dates, quantity and remaining cost at each location. Valid-through dates, rules after opening (calendar days or exact elapsed hours) and your time zone give one effective usable-through moment; a missing date is shown as unknown and the batch is never offered.
Production records link input batches to output batches and split the cost to the cent. Blocking a batch flags reserved shipments as conflicts and stores a dated trace snapshot you can print or export.

- Decide and keep the record. Compare options before expiry, record the decision, block and trace a batch, and export reports and a backup.

Does it use AI?
No. No AI guesses: every date, allocation, cost and comparison is calculated with fixed formulas from the records you enter, and shows its working.
Do I need a subscription?
No subscription is required for the one-time purchase of this product. Access through TidyCents PRO follows the current PRO terms.
What does PRO include?
The full online version of this tool while your PRO is active, including exporting your own reports and backups. Those exports do not use your downloadable-library allowance.
Is the offline program included in PRO?
No. The downloadable offline program, guide and import templates come with the one-time purchase.
Where is my data stored?
Working records are stored in your browser on your device (IndexedDB). Nothing you enter is sent to a server. Keep a backup, especially before changing browsers, clearing browser data or moving to another device.
Can I move my records to another device?
Yes. Export a full backup and restore it in the same product on the other device.
Can several people edit the same workspace at once?
This version is designed for one local workspace. It does not provide simultaneous shared editing.
What happens when PRO ends?
Your records stay on your device. Without an active PRO or a purchase the online version opens them read-only, and you can still export a backup and CSV files. Renewing PRO or buying the tool makes them editable again.
Can I see how a result was calculated?
Yes. Usable-through dates, on-hand and available stock, batch cost, FEFO eligibility, production cost and every plan comparison open to their formula, inputs and rounding.
Which countries and rules does it fit?
Any country, currency and time zone, because it uses the dates, rules and customer requirements you enter rather than a built-in regulation. Whether a product is safe, may be sold, returned or donated is decided by you and the rules that apply to you.
Does it decide whether a batch is safe?
No. It shows when a batch stops being usable according to the dates and rules you entered, and keeps blocked and quarantined stock out of shipments and plans. Safety decisions remain yours.
What does FEFO mean here?
First expired, first out: suitable batches are offered in order of their effective expiry, then received date and batch ID. A batch is skipped if it is not available, has no checked date or does not meet the customer's or the product's minimum remaining life — and the reason is shown.
Is the trace complete?
It follows only the links you recorded. Opening balances, missing supplier batches, mixed production inputs or returns waiting for a check are listed as gaps, and the trace is then marked incomplete rather than presented as risk-free.
Does it predict how much will sell at a discount?
No. You enter the units you assume can be sold at each price. The tool compares your plans by additional cash and by economic result and shows the highest result within the model you entered.
