Does it replace my accountant, bank or payment provider?

What happens if I make a mistake?
Drafts can be edited. Completed operational records use corrections so the original and revised values remain visible.
Does it issue the refund or contact the customer?
No. You refund through your shop or payment provider and record here what was done. Nothing is sent to customers or payment services.
How is store credit counted?
Credit reduces the case result when it is issued and stays visible as an outstanding balance until it is redeemed or explicitly cancelled. An expiry date only creates a warning; it never sets the balance to zero.
Does it tell me which return rights apply?
No. It does not calculate legal deadlines or return rights for any country. The decision comparison shows costs only and reminds you to apply your published policy and applicable obligations.
