What happens if I make a mistake?
Drafts can be edited. Completed operational records use corrections so the original and revised values remain visible.
How is availability of chairs, tables and other quantity items checked?
For a quantity pool the tool finds the highest number of units in use at the same moment during the requested period, including preparation and recovery buffers, downtime and overdue items. Orders that only follow each other are not added up as if they were simultaneous.
What happens when a kit shares an item with another kit?
Kits are checked component by component, so a shared item can only be reserved once for the same time. You can substitute a component manually; the original and the actual composition both stay on the booking.
Is the deposit counted as revenue?
No. Deposits are kept in a separate ledger as money held. Only a confirmed damage charge — with its basis, evidence and your decision — counts in the rental contribution, and any deposit applied to it is recorded against that charge.
Does it hold or charge customer cards?
No. Record what you did in your payment system — received, refunded or applied — and the tool keeps the balance.
