Where is my data stored?
Your working records are stored in the browser on your device. Export complete backups regularly, especially before changing devices or clearing browser data.
Can several people work in it at the same time?
This version is designed for one local workspace. It does not provide simultaneous cloud collaboration.
Can I move to another device?
Yes. Export a complete backup and restore it in the same product on the other device.
Does it replace my accountant, bank or payment provider?
No. It organises the specific process described on this page and exports records for your existing workflow.
What happens if I make a mistake?
Drafts can be edited. Completed operational records use corrections so the original and revised values remain visible.
Where do travel times come from?
From a travel table you fill in yourself, zone to zone, in minutes. There are no maps, no GPS and no location tracking. When a time is missing, the plan says so instead of counting it as zero.
How does “Suggest order” work?
For one person and one day (up to 10 jobs) it puts the job with the earliest latest-start first, then breaks ties by the nearest zone in your travel table and then by creation date. It is a suggested order, not an optimal route, and it changes the plan only when you apply it.
Can repeat visits create duplicates?
No. Each visit is identified by its series and date, so generating the next 90 days again skips dates that already have a visit — including cancelled ones. A monthly visit on the 31st falls on the last day of shorter months.
