What you get

How it works
- Enter the terms. Contracts: each fee line with its rule ID, trigger, base, percentage, fixed part, bands and rounding — in dated versions with the contract clause.
- Map your records. Transactions and Statement: import or type payments, refunds and statement lines, and link each charge to its rule and each credit to its charge.
- Review the audit. Audit: billed against expected for every charge, with credits, open difference, status, evidence and a step-by-step “How calculated”.
- Compare and export. Switch comparison runs the same transactions through each offer; Reports prints the audit, keeps claims and snapshots and builds an evidence ZIP.
Limits
Entered contract rules only. No automatic bank or provider connection, no recognition of arbitrary scanned statements, no automatic interchange lookup and no processor negotiation. A supported difference is a calculation from your inputs, not the provider's acceptance; the tool does not move money, submit claims or guarantee a refund. Not legal, tax or accounting advice.
Questions
Is every difference an overcharge?
No. Only a complete rule-and-record comparison supports a calculation difference. Rows with a missing rule, card group, channel or interchange amount stay unresolved and are not counted.
Can it compare another offer?
Yes, on the same entered transaction mix — including setup, equipment, exit fee and the month the switching cost is recovered.
Does it know interchange?
Only amounts or rules you supply. Interchange is never looked up or estimated automatically.
Does it submit a claim?
No. It exports your records, the calculation and an evidence ZIP; you send them to your provider yourself.
Does this use AI?
No. Calculations follow the rules and assumptions shown in the tool. The help panel explains the inputs, formulas and limitations.
What is included in a one-time purchase?
The full online tool, the self-contained offline package, a guide, templates and your own reports and backups, under the licence shown at checkout.
Is it included in PRO?
Active PRO Week, Month and Year subscribers can use the full online tool. The offline program for this new tool is included only with a one-time purchase. Your own reports and data backups are not offline-program downloads.
What happens if PRO ends?
You can still view and back up your existing local records. Creating or editing calculations requires renewed PRO or a one-time purchase. A separate one-time purchase remains valid independently of PRO.
Where are my records stored?
The calculation workspace stores records in your browser on this device. Save regular backups. Clearing browser storage can remove local records. Account and purchase records are handled separately by the website.
Can I use another language or currency?
The interface supports English, Spanish, German, French, Portuguese, Italian, Dutch and Russian. Choose your calculation currency separately from the language. Currency conversion uses the rates or assumptions you enter.
Does the demo accept my data?
No. The demo uses fictional examples and lets you inspect the workflow and sample reports. Your own inputs and imports are available in the full version.
Does this replace a professional adviser?
No. It explains calculations under your inputs. Use appropriate professional advice for legal, tax, employment, investment, credit and safety decisions.
