Does it use AI?
No. Calculations, checks and workflows follow explicit rules. No business records are sent to an AI service.
Do I need a subscription?
No subscription is required to use the purchased offline version.
Where is my data stored?
Your working records are stored in the browser on your device. Export complete backups regularly, especially before changing devices or clearing browser data.
Can several people work in it at the same time?
This version is designed for one local workspace. It does not provide simultaneous cloud collaboration.
Can I move to another device?
Yes. Export a complete backup and restore it in the same product on the other device.
Does it replace my accountant, bank or payment provider?
No. It organises the specific process described on this page and exports records for your existing workflow.
What happens if I make a mistake?
Drafts can be edited. Completed operational records use corrections so the original and revised values remain visible.
Does it submit my response or tell me whether I will win?
No. You submit the response yourself in your processor’s portal and record the date and reference. The app shows “Evidence sections completed: N of M” — a count of organised sections, never a chance of winning.
Which deadline does it use?
The exact date and time you copy from your processor’s notice, in your workspace time zone. No universal response period is assumed. A submission recorded after that time is flagged.
Does it store card numbers?
No. Only the last four digits can be kept, as a plain reference. Text that looks like a full card number is refused, and CVV, passwords or payment tokens have no field.
How is the response cost calculated?
Response cost = additional fee + estimated hours × the value of one hour. Break-even probability = response cost ÷ (recoverable amount + fee returned on success). An expected value is shown only after you enter your own assumed probability; a fee already charged and not refundable is not counted again.
What is in the evidence package?
A printable summary (cover page, case summary, chronology, evidence index, selected images, list of source PDFs and owner notes) and a ZIP with the summary and the original files byte for byte. You set the page size and the file-size and format limits stated by your processor; the actual sizes are checked before export. Print the summary to PDF from your browser.
Can I import my orders?
Yes, from CSV (UTF-8) or XLSX: order number, customer, date, amount, currency and optional processor, transaction ID, item and last four digits. New, duplicate and invalid rows are shown before anything is saved.
