How it works
- Enter the remaining work. Set the status date, working calendar and contract money, then add the tasks that are still open — completed work keeps its actual dates.
- Add the constraints. Link tasks with FS, SS or FF dependencies, assign resource groups with their capacity and enter the delay consequences from your contract.
- Price the recovery options. For each task, add the accelerations you can actually buy, their new duration and additional cost.
- Compare and apply a revised plan. Compare the original, fastest, manual and searched plans on finish date, profit and cash, then confirm a new plan version.
Limits
One-project planning; no live team dispatch; solver limits and uncertainty remain visible. Up to 200 tasks per project; the search handles up to 100 tasks with options and 300 options. Start-to-finish links and assignment of named people by skill are not included.

Does it use AI?
No. The tool uses explicit calculations and rules. Results depend on the records and assumptions you enter.
Do I need a subscription?
No subscription is required for the one-time purchase of this product. Access through TidyCents PRO follows the current PRO terms.
Where is my data stored?
Working records are stored on your device. Keep a backup, especially before changing browsers, clearing browser data or moving to another device.
Can several people edit the same workspace at once?
This version is designed for one local workspace. It does not provide simultaneous shared editing.
Can I move my records to another device?
Yes. Export a full backup and restore it in the same product on the other device.
Does it connect to my bank or accounting software?
This version works with direct entry and supported file imports. It does not automatically connect to your bank or accounting system.
Can I try it before buying?
Yes. The demo contains fictional records and prepared scenarios so you can inspect the screens and results before buying.
Is the plan it finds always the lowest-cost plan?
Only when the status says "Proven optimum": the search was completed for the combinations of your options, each scheduled by the stated rules. If the 60-second limit is reached or you cancel, the plan is shown as feasible, with the lower bound and the gap.
Which dependency types are supported?
Finish-to-start, start-to-start and finish-to-finish, each with a lag in working days. Start-to-finish links are not supported. A dependency cycle is refused and the tasks in it are named.
How are resources handled?
Each resource group is a number of interchangeable units with a capacity, availability dates and an overtime limit. The tool checks that no group is booked above its capacity; it does not assign individual people by skill.
What happens to work that is already done?
Completed tasks keep their actual dates and are never moved by re-planning. A new plan is applied as a new version only after you confirm it; earlier versions stay in the history.
Does it predict the real finish date?
No. It calculates the schedule and cost from the durations, constraints and costs you enter. Real durations can differ, and uncertainty is not modelled.
