Does it use AI?
No. Calculations, checks and workflows follow explicit rules. No business records are sent to an AI service.
Do I need a subscription?
No subscription is required to use the purchased offline version.
Where is my data stored?
Your working records are stored in the browser on your device. Export complete backups regularly, especially before changing devices or clearing browser data.
Can several people work in it at the same time?
This version is designed for one local workspace. It does not provide simultaneous cloud collaboration.
Can I move to another device?
Yes. Export a complete backup and restore it in the same product on the other device.
Does it replace my accountant, bank or payment provider?
No. It organises the specific process described on this page and exports records for your existing workflow.
What happens if I make a mistake?
Drafts can be edited. Completed operational records use corrections so the original and revised values remain visible.
When is a unit used?
A booking only reserves units. Units are used when you mark a participant as attended, or as a late cancellation or no-show if the package's rule charges for it. A cancellation in time releases the reservation.
What if I mark attendance by mistake?
Correct the status with a reason. The earlier charge is reversed by a separate event and stays in the history; a repeated click never charges twice.
How do freezes and expiry work?
A package is valid through the end of its expiry date. Freezes move the expiry by the frozen calendar days, overlapping freezes are counted once, and no bookings are possible on frozen days. An expired package keeps its remaining units until you decide what to do.
Does it charge clients or send reminders automatically?
No. It does not take recurring payments or send messages. The Renewals view prepares a message for you to copy or open as an email draft.
