Does it use AI?
No. Calculations, checks and workflows follow explicit rules. No business records are sent to an AI service.
Do I need a subscription?
No subscription is required to use the purchased offline version.
Where is my data stored?
Your working records are stored in the browser on your device. Export complete backups regularly, especially before changing devices or clearing browser data.
Can several people work in it at the same time?
This version is designed for one local workspace. It does not provide simultaneous cloud collaboration.
Can I move to another device?
Yes. Export a complete backup and restore it in the same product on the other device.
Does it replace my accountant, bank or payment provider?
No. It organises the specific process described on this page and exports records for your existing workflow.
What happens if I make a mistake?
Drafts can be edited. Completed operational records use corrections so the original and revised values remain visible.
Which overtime rules does it use?
Only the rules you enter: straight hourly, daily overtime, weekly overtime, or daily plus weekly overtime without counting the same minutes twice. You set the thresholds, the multiplier, the first day of the pay week, whether breaks are paid and any time rounding, and you confirm that the rules are your own. No country rules are filled in for you.
How are tip pools split?
In proportion to the hours each person took part. Shares are rounded down to the smallest currency unit and the remaining units go to the largest remainders, with ties decided by the internal staff number, so the shares always add up to the pool.
Does “Exported” mean the staff were paid?
No. Exported only records that the approved-hours register was handed to your payroll process. Changing a record after approval creates a new version and takes the approval back.
Do I need to store ID, bank or tax numbers?
No. Staff records hold a name, your own internal number, roles, availability, hourly rates with effective dates and a weekly planning limit.
