Each case keeps its own report identifiers — a ledger reference ID, a shipment ID or a removal order ID together with the FNSKU — so two losses of the same SKU never merge. A restoration or reimbursement is linked only through a direct reference or a documented rule; everything ambiguous waits for your confirmation, and an overlap of restored and reimbursed units is flagged for review instead of being resolved silently.
Value is calculated on the eligible cost base of the rule version you enter for each marketplace and case type. The full landed cost is shown beside it for reference and is never claimed automatically. Amounts stay potential until you confirm eligibility under the applicable policy.

- Review the discrepancies. See the open units and potential amount of each case, confirm candidate links and record your own eligibility check.
- Close the process. Prepare the case pack, submit it yourself, record Amazon’s answer and keep a backup.
Limits
Independent tool, not affiliated with Amazon. It does not submit claims, connect to Seller Central, verify that documents are authentic or decide eligibility. No Amazon rule set ships as verified and current: you enter each rule version from the applicable policy. Customer-return and order-level cases are not supported in this version. Decision support only — not legal, tax or accounting advice.

Does it use AI?
No. Calculations, matching rules and checks follow explicit formulas you can open for every case. No business records are sent to an AI service.
Do I need a subscription?
No subscription is required for the one-time purchase of this product. Access through TidyCents PRO follows the current PRO terms.
What does PRO include?
The full online version of this tool while your PRO is active. Exporting your own reports and backups does not use your downloadable-library allowance.
Is the offline program included in PRO?
No. The downloadable offline program, guide and import templates come with the one-time purchase.
Where is my data stored?
Your working records and attached files are stored in the browser on your device. Export complete backups regularly, especially before changing devices or clearing browser data.
Can I move my project to another device?
Yes. Export a complete backup and restore it in the same product on the other device.
Can several people work in it at the same time?
This version is designed for one local workspace. It does not provide simultaneous cloud collaboration.
What happens when PRO ends?
Your records stay on your device. You can still view them and export a backup; editing needs an active PRO or the one-time purchase.
Can I see how a result was calculated?
Yes. Every case has «How it was calculated» with the source rows, links, rule version, cost document, each formula with its version and numbers, rounding and an input hash.
Which marketplaces and rules does it support?
Any marketplace and currency, because you enter the rule version yourself: case type, start event, waiting period, claim window, eligible cost components and required documents, with the source and the date you checked it. A rule of one marketplace is never applied to another. The program does not ship any rule set marked as verified and current.
Is it affiliated with Amazon? Does it submit claims for me?
No. It is an independent tool. You submit claims yourself in Seller Central and record the case ID and the answer. Eligibility and reimbursement depend on the applicable Amazon policy and your evidence.
Why is my full landed cost not claimed?
Shipping, duties and storage are real costs, but they count only when the rule version accepts them as part of the reimbursement base. The landed cost is shown beside the eligible base for reference. Example: eligible cost 12.00, received 10.00 → difference 2.00 — not 8.00 against a landed cost of 18.00.
What if a unit was restored and reimbursed?
Open units = affected − restored − (reimbursed − reversed). If restored and reimbursed units exceed the affected units, the case is marked OVERLAP_REVIEW and shows no amount until you correct a link or the reimbursement is reversed.
What if I import the same report twice?
Rows already imported are recognised and skipped, and the engine counts each reimbursement ID and each reversal once even across files.
Does a shortage in an inbound shipment count immediately?
No. Shipped − received − confirmed returned is only a reported discrepancy. Before the end of the waiting period in your rule version the case shows «Waiting period», not «Ready».
Which report formats can I import?
CSV (UTF-8) or XLSX with the headers of the Inventory Ledger detailed view, shipments and receiving, the Reimbursements report, reversal rows, restored units and removal shipments. Each format has its own adapter version; unknown ledger codes are kept as «Unrecognized code» and never become a claim.
