There is also a day-of timeline in 30-minute slots, a three-quote vendor comparison, a gift and thank-you log, and a honeymoon budget.

Two files are included: one pre-filled with a realistic example wedding (25,000 budget, 120 guests) so every chart is alive when you open it, and a blank copy if you would rather start clean. Built with classic formulas only — no macros, no add-ins, nothing locked — so it behaves the same in Excel 2016+, Excel 365 and Google Sheets, on a laptop or a phone.
