For a small team or a medium-sized business: keep names, roles, departments and branch contact details aligned with a shared brand. Generate the individual files without editing the same layout separately for every employee. Prepare consistent, installable email-signature files for your team — up to 500 people, 25 departments and 25 locations in one workspace.

See the result first. Choose a compact, stacked or logo-left layout. Review long job titles, contact details, optional social links and your own legal text inside a realistic message preview, at a normal message width and at a 320 px phone width. The studio uses conservative email HTML — tables, inline styles, Arial / Helvetica, PNG or JPEG images — rather than a website layout that a mail client may ignore.

Check the records. Find invalid addresses, unsafe links, duplicate codes and oversized assets before export. Only https:// links are accepted in web, social and banner fields; javascript:, data:, file: and local addresses are refused, and mailto: and tel: links are created by the studio from a checked email address and an international phone number. A missing phone leaves no empty line and no empty telephone link. A prepared signature is not reported as installed on an employee's device.

Worked example from the fictional demo: Harbor Supply Group has 180 people in four departments and three locations, with two brands — a stacked layout for Harbor Supply and a logo-left layout with hosted HTTPS images for Harbor Marine Services. The checks show 180 employees, 179 valid signatures and 1 with an issue: an address without a domain ending. Exporting everyone is blocked until it is fixed; choosing explicitly to leave that person out generates 179 signatures, and the register and manifest list who was left out and why. The 240 × 120 px logo keeps its 2:1 ratio at 120 × 60 px, and the logo-left layout never shows a logo wider than 110 px, so the text keeps its room on a phone.

Use a practical package. Download individual HTML and plain-text files, the image assets, a manifest with a SHA-256 checksum for every file and an installation guide (PDF) in the language you choose. File names use the employee code plus the first 8 characters of the internal id, so two people with the same name never share a file. Hosted image links and images inserted through the mail editor have different setup requirements; the guide explains both, including that copying raw HTML with relative image paths does not carry the logo into another mail program.

Honest status. Generated, checked and installed are different states: the studio counts generated files only. It does not connect to mailboxes, does not send messages, adds no tracking pixels or new tracking parameters and never loads a hosted image address. No AI guesses: every check is a written rule, and the same input always gives the same files.
